The Senior Marketing Executive will…

  • Execute the defined Marketing strategy for Aramex, both for B2B and B2C, in all GCC markets together with the central team
  • Support the Content Strategist on defining and executing a roadmap of strategic localized content to help achieve our business goals in the GCC
  • Brainstorm with the Community Managers social content that is relevant and engaging for your markets and support as needed on any other tasks required for Social
  • Provide the team with insights into key GCC market to help with the localization of our campaigns
  • Review incoming briefs and ensure all information needed is included before sharing with the team
  • Reporting: present and share ideas, results and gap analyses
  • Design, prioritise and execute specific activities and marketing campaigns with the support of the central marketing team
  • Plan, organize and evaluate events that drive tangible results for your markets in form of leads and incremental revenue
  • Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Help get the team’s work noticed and enter campaigns and creative assets for awards
  • Ensure that our Arabic copy and tone is spot on
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology, trends and best practices in Social Media

Actions:

  • Give strategic input during prep phase of major campaigns
  • Recommendations to central marketing and product teams for enhancements and new features
  • Regularly re-visit our on-going communication strategy
  • Localisation of content
  • Manage 3rd party relationships with content agencies + influencers

Experience required

  • 3+ years in a similar Marketing role
  • Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field preferred but not essential
  • B2B & B2C experience crucial
  • Great understanding of the GCC markets and the cultural nuances between each
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Arabic
