Sales Executive

Full Time


We are looking for a Sales Executive for our Manpower Outsourcing Division.  Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to bring in new businesses and generate sales for a portfolio of accounts to achieve annual sales targets


  • Research new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts and identify new potential customers within the allocated sales area.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Sell a range of services that includes Facilities Management and Manpower Outsourcing.
  • Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
  • Prepare proposals, submittals and tenders.
  • Coordinate site surveys along with the operations department. The recommendation of the operations department to be included in proposals submitted to clients.
  • Follow up on submitted quotations to obtain contracts & to achieve sales targets.
  • Work with internal teams to develop solutions to satisfy prospective customer needs.
  • Cultivate the relationship with direct customers and partners to ensure business is grown and retained.
  • Meet clients regularly in order to understand the level of customer satisfaction with service delivered. Highlight noteworthy meeting minutes to key stakeholders internally
  • Maintain awareness of sales and other development amongst competitors and pass any relevant information to the appropriate company personnel.
  • Develop a good understanding of the customer needs, products and vertical market


  • Degree / Diploma in any discipline from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, the last 2 years from security services, facilities management and/or manpower outsourcing industry
  • UAE or Regional Gulf sales experience is essential
  • Proven successful sales track record
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Must have a valid UAE driving license.
