Role Purpose:

The role of the Sales Executive will play a fundamental role in increasing revenue by identifying and selling our products to corporate clients in all fields while achieving quarterly target. Corporate clients looking for a venue for events such as town halls, team building, presentations, private screening, will be the target clients.

Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Delivery & Support

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking by using various channels.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
Evaluate and identify potential clients in the industry through already existing database
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.

Account Management

Establish and maintain relationship with potential clients and offer them the company products/services.
Ensure full market penetration
Work closely with Marketing and communicate material to send out to potential clients and direct mailshots are regular and relevant to our products
Handle bookings from the prospect stage to closing the deal
Send proposal, negotiate and close deals.
Manage and increase voucher sales revenues to corporate clients.

Enter all client details on Salesforce.
Prepare function sheets and communicate it with the operation team on site.
Liaise between client and internal departments during pre and post-sales process such as liaising with finance for invoicing.
Definition of Success

Meet department sales targets as establish on a quarterly basis.

Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.

Minimum experience

2-3 years in busy sales environment, must have direct selling experience

Minimum Qualifications/education

Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar subject matter
