You will support internal stakeholders across all facets of employee relations, including investigations, misconduct, employee complaints and grievances, employee separation, among others.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful on this role:
1. You will be degree qualified in HR or have CIPD
2. With minimum five years Employee Relations experience
3. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and legislation
4. Arabic speaker is preferred but not essential
